In addition to raising funds for children with cancer, Salima has been working to assist girls who are affected by the financial constraints of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Her goal is to raise funds to provide girls in need with basic necessities such as soaps, sanitary pads, toothpaste, toothbrush, and deodorant.

She hopes that through this project she can help girls feel at ease and comfortable while mitigating societal stigmas that still exists (particularly in rural areas) around the topics of menstrual hygiene and body confidence.
